Some features use automated processing we call "Meridian AI" - the chat assistant, document classification and extraction, form-fill assistance, drafting aids, and policy intelligence.
2. Human oversight
A qualified human - your RCIC or staff - reviews AI output before it is relied on or sent. No decision producing legal effects is made solely by automation.
3. Accuracy
AI can make mistakes. Outputs are drafts and aids, not legal advice; verify before relying on them.
4. Your data
We do not use your data to train any third-party AI model. Processing happens within your tenant to deliver the features you use.

AI is delivered through carefully selected providers; specific identities are confidential and available under NDA via [email protected].
