1. What it does
The automatic form filler reads a case file and fills official IRCC forms, mapping each value to the exact form line. It fills only what it can verify, flags what it can't, and never invents an answer.
2. Human-in-the-loop - RCIC responsibility
The automatic form filler is an assistant, not a substitute for professional judgment. The RCIC (or lawyer) must review and confirm every field before any form is signed or submitted. Meridian does not submit forms to IRCC on your behalf.
3. Sections we do not auto-complete
To guard against misrepresentation, the tool does not auto-fill the Education, Employment/Work history, or Background / Security / Admissibility declaration sections - your RCIC completes those by hand. This is a standing commitment.
4. Accuracy & no guarantee
We map to current line definitions and run a stale-form watcher, but you must verify the form version and every value. We do not guarantee any outcome; after your review, responsibility for submitted content rests with the submitting professional.
5. Source forms
The tool uses official IRCC forms; always confirm you are filing the version IRCC currently requires.
6. Data use
Form data stays in your firm's tenant under the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing Addendum, and the Storage & Data Retention Policy; it is never used to train third-party models. AI features are provided as "Meridian AI."
7. Not legal advice
Filling a form is a clerical aid, not legal advice; advice comes from your RCIC or lawyer.

Auto-fills are counted per plan (see the Pricing Terms).
