1. Monthly, no contract
Subscriptions are billed monthly and you can cancel any time; there is no minimum commitment.
2. How cancellation works
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period; we do not bill you again after that.
3. Refunds
Monthly fees are non-refundable for partial months - you keep access through the period you have paid for. One-time add-ons and top-ups (extra conversations or form-fills) are non-refundable once used.
4. Free trial
The trial is free; if you do not subscribe, you are not charged. We do not auto-convert a trial without the account owner's consent.
5. Taxes
Prices are exclusive of tax; applicable taxes are added based on your billing address (see the Pricing Terms).
6. How to cancel
Cancel in-app under billing settings, or email [email protected].
7. Billing issues / disputes
Contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.
