I can't sign in

Use the same email and password your firm gave you for Polaris (the desktop CRM). If it's your first sign-in, tap "Forgot password? Email me a code" to receive a 6-digit verification code.

I'm not getting push notifications

Open iOS Settings, go to Notifications, find Aurora, and confirm "Allow Notifications" is on. Inside Aurora, go to You, then Alerts, and tap "Send test push". If the test push lands, the pipeline is healthy. If 0 devices were pushed in the test, force-quit Aurora and reopen it; it re-registers on launch.

The Activity tab is empty

The Activity tab shows recent staff actions across your firm. If it's empty, it usually means no one has done anything in the CRM today, or the firm owner has disabled the Activity feature for your account (see You, then Staff permissions, owner-only).

How do I change my profile photo?

Go to You, then Account, and tap your avatar to upload a new photo.
